Boat lift motor options are available for a variety of boat lift styles and manufacturers. Options include AC and DC versions, Solar Panel battery charger, remote controls, and backup operation. Eliminate the standard winch and wheel with a Heavy Duty Electric Hoist direct drive system or choose the Hewitt2 or Power Wheel Drive options.

Heavy Duty Electric Hoist

Hewitt Heavy Duty Electric Hoists are an alternative to the manual winch. They feature a heavy-duty worm drive powered by a 115V AC motor. High-strength, precision machined components allow these hoists to be rated for higher lifting capacities than competitive brands. Available in four models for capacities of 2000, 4000, 6500 and 8500 lbs. Corresponding hoist speeds are 4.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 2.8 feet/minute. Cast gears, pulleys, motors and wire gauge are specifically sized to the capacity. Hoists include a protective cover, weatherproof wiring and a baked-on powder coated finish.

Power Wheel Drive

Fits all boat lifts with winch wheels. Simple installation and operation. All aluminum brackets for low maintenance. 20:1 gear ratio. Available in 12V DC and 115V AC models. The AC model includes a ground fault interrupter. Features high-efficiency synthetic lubricant, rugged cast housing, hardened output shaft, ball and roller bearings, and internal brush cord to block moisture entry. Order with mounting hardware for Hewitt Lifts or universal mounting hardware for other makes of lifts.

Hewitt 2 Winch Motor

The Hewitt2 boat lift direct drive system takes the place of the standard winch wheel. The Hewitt2 features convenient remote control operation and dock lighting for added safety. The unit is quick and easy to install and is available in AC and DC versions. For use on lifts up to 6000 lb lifting capacity. Hewitt2 drives have a double-sealed motor shaft, sealed electrical box and O-rings around the rivets for extra protection against the elements. Drives includes a two-piece cover.

115V AC Unit Includes AC drive with non-remote control box and key – or – AC drive with remote control box, key and two wireless remote control key fobs; canopy light; motor crank for backup operation and mounting hardware.

12V or 24V DC Unit Includes 12V or 24V DC drive with nonremote control box and key – or – DC drive with remote control, key and two wireless remote control key fobs; canopy light; jumper cables; motor crank for backup operation and mounting hardware.

Backup Operation

In the event of a power failure, simple insert the backup bit into a cordless drill and lower your boat with ease.

Efficiently keep your marine battery charged without over charging. 10,20 and 30 watts.

Battery Indicator

Can be used with 12V batteries. Use two units for checking the status of your 24V boat lift system, one for each battery.

Mechanical Limit Switch

Automatically turns motor off when lift reaches the fully raised position and prevents over-lifting.
